20 MILES OF SUMMER CHALLENGE, MEDAL AND CERTIFICATE
Run 20 Miles before the 23rd September to claim your medal and certificate.
What is a virtual race? A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. And your medal will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5K, 10K, half marathon and more!
You will be a virtual runner, competing with virtual runners all over the World, to be the fastest in each race and try to enter our all time Hall Of Fame. Of course, you can do it just for fun too.
You can run or walk the distance (collectively between now and 23rd September) to win your medal and certificate.
There are no deadlines on any of our races and no particular Month you have to complete them in. Once a race has sold out, the Hall of Fame 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed runners will be sent an additional special Gold (1st), Silver (2nd), Bronze (3rd) medal.
Every race has limited places, so once we sell out, the race will end. Sometimes this can be very quick, sometimes it can take several Months.
We will send out the medal and certificate once you have signed up for the race (with the exception of annual 500 mile and 1000 mile challenges).
At least £2.50 from every race entry will be donated to Charity. Please Click Here to see details of our current charities and there is also the opportunity to suggest a future charity by completing a short form. Race The Distance, with the help of our runners have raised over £50,000 and counting.
Race The Distance Virtual Races have never been so inclusive. There are so many ways to take part. Be it running, walking, cycling, in a wheelchair, swimming or even running with a buggy.
