What is a virtual challenge?  A virtual challenge can done from any location you choose. You can run, jog, walk, cycle, swim, use a wheelchair - whatever you choose and however you choose to complete a distance.  There is no restriction on discipline.  We aim to be as inclusive as impossible. 

World Autism Awareness Day Information

World Autism Awareness Day aims to shine a light on autism to increase awareness about people and especially children who have autism. There is also hope to develop world knowledge about autism and deliver information on how important it is to detect an early diagnosis.

Autism affects both men and women of all races in all locations and has a large impact on children. It is immensely common in many countries of the world, therefore raising awareness of autism to young people is extremely important.

At least £5 from every race entry will be donated to an autism awareness charity.

Submitting and Claiming your Medal 

You will be emailed a seperate link / webpage when you sign up, to upload your progress as and when you want to.  We will send out the medal immediately, so please be careful not to open it before your challenge is complete.

Strava Connect

Uploading your progress could not be easier with our challenges allowing you to upload activities direct from Strava.  Do not worry if you do not have Strava, as you can also add activities manually.

Checking Your Progress

We have a real-time results system with instant tables, sortable by age, gender and Country.   We also have live tracking 'journeys' with fully interactive maps for our annual and seasonal longer challenges!

Every Challenger who completes their target goal will be included in the 'completers table' which will be compiled at the end of 2021

Personalised Downloadable Certificate

Each competitor will recieve a downloadable personalised challenge certificaticate with details of ther results included.

There is no deadline to complete and submit your results.  We will send out the medal and certificate immediately, so please be careful not to open it before your challenge is complete.
