MOUNT EVEREST 20.5KM Challenge

Run/walk, cycle, swim, wheelchair 20.5km virtually, From Everest Base Camp to the summit of the world's highest mountain. Dont worry we are not asking for the 8848m of elevation! Complete this challenge at a time and place that suits your schedule  to receive your exclusive medal. There is no time limit on this challenge, it can be done in one go, or multiple activities

Submitting and Claiming your Medal

You will be emailed a separate link / webpage when you sign up, to upload your progress as and when you want to.  Your medal will be sent automatically when you cross the finish line on the virtual map, no need to do anything further.

All the routes follow real life roads and trails, target the next town along on the map,  pass landmarks, cross countries, it's going to be fun!
