What is a virtual challenge? A virtual challenge can done from any location you choose. You can run, jog, walk, cycle, swim, use of a wheelchair - whatever you choose and however you choose to complete a distance. There is no restriction on discipline. We aim to be as inclusive as possible.
Submitting and Claiming your Medal
You will be emailed a personalised tracking link when you sign up, to upload your progress as and when you want to, your medal will be sent as soon as you cross the finish line.

Checking Your Progress
We have a real-time results system with instant tables, sort-able by age, gender and Country. We also have live tracking 'journeys' with fully interactive maps for our annual and seasonal longer challenges!
