Something strange is happening in your town. The lights are flickering. The trees are moving when there’s no wind. And if you listen closely… you can hear something crawling from the shadows below.

Welcome to the Upside Down 5K, a virtual challenge.  Your mission is simple: run or walk 5 kilometres before the darkness finds you.

Complete the distance in one go or split it into smaller runs — just make sure you reach the finish before the creatures of the Upside Down catch up.
